If you don’t love your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Simply email us at goodservice@moosestallow.com and we’ll take care of you.

If the scent or texture wasn’t quite right, we’re happy to help you find another product or fragrance that may be a better fit.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • Whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo (if applicable)

Providing this information upfront allows us to respond promptly without unnecessary back-and-forth.

Please note:

  • Valid for first-time purchases per product
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
