It wears well and lasts all day. I love working in my garden, and when I do, I’m getting down to the nitty-gritty—digging, mulching, weeding, out in the hot part of the day. I can smell really horrible at the end of the day!
There’s only been one other natural deodorant aside from this one that could even come close to doing the job. But the one thing I did not like about that one was the consistency. When I would go to put it on, I felt like it was taking my skin off.

This is by far the best deodorant I have ever used and I've tried many including natural deodorants. It goes on smoothly, it isn't sticky, you don't need to use much at a time, and the scent is long lasting. Highly recommended!

I’ve been hearing more about tallow products lately and figured I’d give this deodorant a shot. I got the Sandalwood scent and wore it through a workout to see if it would actually hold up. Honestly, I was pretty impressed. I still smelled fresh afterward, the scent wasn’t overpowering, and it felt good knowing I wasn’t putting a bunch of junk on my skin. I’ll definitely keep using it.

As a woman in menopause, I approached Moose's Tallow Deodorant Balm with the skepticism of someone who has been personally betrayed by dozens of deodorants before it.
Menopause hot flashes aren't "a little warm." They're more like surprise tropical weather events that arrive without warning and leave devastation in their wake. Sweat bombs.
So when I first tried this deodorant, I fully expected it to wave a white flag by lunchtime.
It didn't.
Not only did it survive my random internal combustion episodes, but it somehow kept me from smelling like I'd been speed-walking through a rainforest while wearing a wool sweater. The coconut scent is light, pleasant, and doesn't scream, "I just emptied half a bottle of fragrance under my arms to hide the evidence."
The texture is not your typical drugstore stick. Once I figured it out that a little goes along way, it went on smoothly and didn't leave me feeling sticky, greasy, or like I had shellac under my armpits.

Hi, my name is Brian, though around here I don’t mind being called Moose.
I’ve learned most of what I know about skincare from the women in my life, especially my wife and our four daughters. Moose’s Tallow has truly been a family project from the beginning.
I started making tallow skincare after a serious health scare forced me to rethink everything I put in my body. Once I focused on real ingredients, another question came up: if what we eat matters that much… what about what we put on our skin?
