Shipping & Pickup

Friendly, fast, and packed with care. We move quickly at Moose’s Tallow—without cutting corners. Every order is packed by hand, and we treat it like it’s going to a neighbor.

Same-Day Shipping (Most In-Stock Items)

Most in-stock items ordered by 2PM (Monday–Friday) ship the same day.

Orders placed after 2PM ship the next business day.

Some items are made to order and may require extra handling time—please see the product page for details.

Shipping From Pennsylvania

All orders ship from Pennsylvania. Shipping estimates shown at checkout reflect time in transit only. Orders shipping closer to Pennsylvania typically arrive sooner.

Tracking information is sent as soon as your order ships (as long as an email address is provided at checkout).

Free Shipping

When a free shipping offer applies to your order, qualifying orders within the U.S. and U.S. territories ship free via economy shipping (USPS Ground Advantage).

Free shipping, when offered, does not include USPS Priority or UPS services.

Free shipping applies to U.S. and U.S. territory orders only. International orders (Canada, Mexico, Singapore, and the UAE) do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options (if available) apply to transit time only and do not reduce order processing time. Carrier delivery windows may vary due to weather, holidays, or service disruptions.

Local Pickup (Fast + Flexible)

Most in-stock items are ready for pickup within about an hour of ordering during business hours (sometimes even faster). We’ll message you as soon as it’s ready.

Prefer contactless pickup? Just ask for bench pickup and we’ll leave your order on our porch bench with your name on it.

In-Stock Notes

We keep most of our best-selling items in stock and ready to ship—but since we’re small-batch, popular items can occasionally sell out. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll reach out.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Our products contain natural oils, butters, and waxes. During warm weather, items may soften or melt—please bring packages inside promptly. During colder months, products may temporarily firm up or thicken. This does not affect quality once returned to room temperature.

Delivery & Support

Once your order leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If anything looks unusual with delivery, reach out—we’re happy to help guide you through the next steps.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned orders.

Shipping Area

We ship within the United States and internationally to Canada, Mexico, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are set and collected by the destination country, not by Moose’s Tallow. They are not included in your order total or shipping charge at checkout.
